The Journey Began in 1992
Our journey began in 1992 with a dream and a desire — to be part of the community, provide a great place to work, and deliver excellent service to our customers. We were founded on excellence, accommodation, honesty, and profit. Over the years we have been blessed with much success, some failures, and the chance to meet countless amazing people through our customers, collaborators, and community.
A Return to Our Values
In recent years, we felt the company was not reflecting those original dreams as fully as we wanted. That compelled us to invest in a return to our values — to lead from the heart and build a culture where people love to work. We took an honest look at our culture, and we are grateful to everyone who contributed with openness and transparency.
We did not want to present a culture statement and core values without a plan to make them real — a plan to transform how we work with each other, our customers, and our community. So we set out to design the culture we desire, define the core values at its foundation, and align everything we do around them.
